The MINIC-II ultrasonic welding system is the economic production machine for wire harness manufacturing. Wire cross sections of up to 30 mm² can be welded with the unit. It also offers the user two optional add-on features. Together with the GLOBAL-Splicer-40-GT, the MINIC-II-GT is the only machine on the market which allows the processing pure wire-to-wire splices as well as terminal applications. In order to abort the further processing of splices with inadequate quality, the MINIC-II-CS comes equipped with a cutting system. This ensures the highest level of splice quality.

For processing larger wire cross sections, we offer the GLOBAL-Splicer-40 and GLOBAL-Splicer-50, which can handle cross sections of up to 40 mm² and 50 mm² respectively.
The standard version of the GLOBAL-Splicer-40 can likewise be upgraded to either permit terminal welding applications or to include a cutting system for splices with deficient quality. The GLOBAL-Splicer-50 is characterized by its extremely robust mechanical construction. This welding system is the first choice when it comes to processing larger cross sections.

The WELD-Profi ultrasonic welding system, with automatic cross section self recognition, can weld wire cross sections of up to 40 mm². The self recognition function allows the welding of different splice cross sections without additional programming. The system automatically selects the correct welding parameters for the cross sections to be welded. This welding system is ideal for manufacturing prototypes and samples.

The DS-20-GT is the production machine for terminal applications. The modular design permits an application-specific adaptation of the welding system. This feature makes it possible to work with the most diverse types of terminals. Additional processes, such as crimping the pull relief on grounding terminals, can be integrated without any problems.

The Schunk FS-20 ultrasonic welding system is particularly appealing because of its compact dimensions and the accessibility of its working space. This allows the insertion and positioning of the parts to be joined without any difficulties. Due to their compact modular designs, the FS-20 and FS-35 welding units are well-suited for integration into fully-automated production systems.

The SPLICE-Checker allows non-destructive testing of ultrasonically welded splices from 1.0 mm² up to 20 mm². This considerably reduces costs that are connected with destructive testing methods. The testing system for determining the quality of ultrasonically welded splices and compacted wire ends can be directly connected to the control unit of our welding systems.
